Suggestion:-

Just have a visit to Liberty class for gpsc and they will provide all details of gpsc. Its up to you that u want to join liberty class or not. .

Also study material of gpsc [ prelim + main ] availble along with test papers at liberty classes. it is good way for doing GPSC preparation with study material without joining the class.


if you dont want to go for study material then ,,

As far as the prelim is concern i would advise to select public administration as a optional subject along with general studies.



For Public administration laxmikant book of public administration [ TATA mcrow hill publication] is best.[ cost 400 rs]


For general studies refer NCERT books of standard 8 to 12 except language.
